My husband and I are thrilled with Progressive 1's work and highly recommend them! From the very beginning of the process, Kyle, Sean, and the rest of their crew were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Even though I had a ton of questions, they took the time to answer each one thoroughly to ensure that I was comfortable with and informed about the entire process (they replaced our roof, gutters, soffits, and some siding). Not only did they provide us with an incredibly fair and competitive rate, but it was also clear that they genuinely cared about our well-being. This personal touch is what makes working with Progressive 1 such a great experience.
These guys have gone above and beyond to make the process of getting my roof and window repaired a breeze. They help you all the way through the paperwork process and I can't say enough good things about the roofers themselves. Beautiful job on my roof, they are super thorough and they picked up every single piece of trash and every single nail. They even brought a porta potty!!! Bottom line great company and thank you for coming to odessa.
I am very happy with the replacement roof these guys did in Odessa, TX, after our massive hail storm! The workers were very professional and left my yard, etc., cleaner than they found it. Roof looks just like I wanted and Kyle and Jamie were a delight to work with. Use Progressive 1; you'll be happy you did!
