    I’ve been here for about 7 months and aside from the guest parking situation and minor annoyances from noisy neighbors, I really enjoy living here. The walls and floors are kind of thin and lack decent insulation (seemingly) but overall I’m happy. Really nice amenities and the game changer for me has been the office staff. Courtney, Janie and Erica have been phenomenal. Always responsive, courteous and prompt. Any time I’ve had an issue or concern they’ve always provided stellar customer service. I think what most people don’t understand is that things take some time and a few things are out of their control (we have had several cars left on blocks- no excuses but we do live in the city). I truly feel they do their best. A big change I would like to see is nightly security around the premises. Yes, improvements can be made but I have no doubts that they are actively trying to ensure that all occupants feel safe and are happy. The one star deduction is mostly for the lack of good insulation and level of noise I hear from neighbors adjacent and below, that far exceed “normal apartment noise”. Unfortunately, you can’t pick your neighbors but a good office staff makes up for it. :)

    I'm in love with this place! I think the amenities are fantastic and I love my unit! Raul is absolutely AMAZING!!! He has made my move-in experience super easy and seamless. He answered all of my questions in a timely matter.

    My boyfriends entire move has been a dream. They are super patient, great with communication, and very quick to get things done. I am so excited about this move, and getting to know the front office. Raul, specifically has made this experience wonderful. We have nothing but excellent things to say about this beautiful property that has been maintained meticulously.

    Toured with Raul, the best leasing agent. Appreciate his level of service, transparency, knowledge and understanding. He was so great I decided on a look and lease to be approved immediately. Love the units and the entire complex. I was sold on the gym! Looking forward to moving in at the end of the month.

    So far, I’m loving my new apartment & enjoying all of the amenities that come with it. The staff here [especially Kenya] have been super accommodating & kind! The only thing that truly bothers me is the parking situation & outside deliveries. Whenever I order food, not only do I have to buzz my delivery boy/girl in the gate but I also have to go down & meet them. May not seem like a big deal to some, but it’s extremely inconvenient for me. I wish there was a way to buzz them in the building as well or at the very least have the gates open during the day. Also, my visitors have to constantly look outside of my balcony to make sure their car doesn’t get towed & on top of that they can only park inside the apartment gates until about 8pm. They also have to register their car whenever they park here. If they want to visit after 8pm or stay longer, they have to park their car outside the gate near the leasing office which is almost always full AND still register the vehicle. & if they can’t find space there, that then leads them to find parking across the street only to have to walk back all the way to my apartment in building 2. I’ve lived in other apartments before & I understand maybe having reserved parking for residents but my guests should be able to park near my unit without fearing they’re going to get towed. & believe me we’ve had close encounters or have seen others get towed. Not the most ideal situation. Other than that, this community is beautiful & I’m enjoying it.
