Everyone is very welcoming and genuinely happy you are there, no matter what your fitness level is. The owners keep the facility clean and the equipment is kept up. Workouts vary and scaling always available. Members get to use Wodify to log and keep track of their progress which is convenient!

(August 13, 2017, 9:17 pm)Great coaches, facility, and community. Highly recommend. Really knowledgeable and fun coaches are combined with one of the biggest CrossFit facilities in Houston. Members are at all levels of fitness so there's no reason to be intimidated. Most CrossFit boxes offer 1 hour sessions, but all of Iron Oak's are 75 minutes to make sure everyone is properly warmed up and stretched to prevent injuries.
(February 16, 2017, 6:08 pm)After trying out several boxes in the Houston area, Iron Oak easily stood out. Their coaches are more knowledgeable and they cared more about form and technique. Their program was more organized, and so was the box....And it is clean and well maintained. ALSO their members were all friendly and welcoming. Didn't take me long to feel like part of the Iron Oak family. Love this place!
