“About 20 years ago I started working out with Jeff as my personal trainer. I had worked with a number of trainers before Jeff. Once I had Jeff as my trainer I have not had another trainer. Jeff is the best. He knows the body very well and can get excellent results. One of the differences is that Jeff stays extremely focused on you during your workout to give you the best. The results of my workouts were very good. Almost two years ago I had a stroke and my insurance paid for a physical therapist. I knew that Jeff would be much better than a physical therapist so I contacted Jeff to see if he would work with me again on my recovery from the stroke. Jeff began work with me immediately and within 4 months I had a full recovery from my stroke. I still used the physical therapist that the insurance company provided, I told the physical therapist that I was using Jeff also and he began asking me for Jeff’s workout routine and incorporated some of Jeff’s work out in my physical therapy. It seems Jeff has a good solution for most physical aches, pains and ailments. In judging Jeff’s work on a scale from 1 to 10 I would give him a 12.”
