(September 27, 2019, 9:40 am)I never thought I would like to " Sweat in public" but sirens fit nutrition has completely changed my mind and little by little transforming my body! It's a full body workout that's fun and efficient. The instructors ((Erika & Bertha))are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. Bring your cup yo try out the Herbalife products from tea.shakes snacks and on Saturday delicious pancakes. If you dont have cash zelle is a great alternative. ??.I take my little boy with me it's a safe and clean environment for him, I dont take my eyes off of him just for my peace of mind... Would definitely recommend to anyone of all fitness levels to check it out...
