We have been going to him for almost 10 years now. He has a excellent chair side personality and connects easily with children and adults. He has a wonderful staff that really care about their patients and take the extra steps to provide quality care.
Dr. Lankford, his assistant Missy and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing. Customer service and satisfaction is important to the staff. They always go out of their way to accommodate their patients and provide high quality care. The staff members will call you back and patiently answer your questions. My teenage son is receiving orthodontic care and we are very happy with Dr. Lankford's treatment plan. He does spend time with his patients and makes sure your questions are answered. I highly recommend Dr. Lankford and Dr. Harpavat(the other equally amazing dentist!)
When getting my wisdom teeth out in my 20's, the dentist cracked one of my teeth. I have had a crown ever since. I should say I have had several crowns and one was even put on in another state. The only one that has lasted in my mouth has been the one that Dr. Lankford put on. I am very thankful! I am now 60 and have been going to Dr. Lankford for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm just so thankful he's so much younger than me so I can go to Dr. Lankford the rest of my life. :) His staff is amazing and I'm thankful for him and his office.
