(October 7, 2018, 8:17 pm)It is more than a "gym membership" here. You can't get this environment at Lifetime or any other commercial gym. You get the one on one training with someone who helps you set and REACH your goals, as long as you're willing to work for it. They offer so much encouragement by checking in on you, creating meal plans if you need them, and focusing on what YOU need.

(September 24, 2018, 7:06 pm)It's funny how miserable the people are in the comments below. I love my trainer and love advocare. You don't have to take the products to be apart of the gym though! I've lost 9% of my body fat and am still continuing on improving myself. This gym and the people who work here have helped me create a new lifestyle. 5 stars. Just because you don't like advocare doesnt mean the training isn't efficient. I just wanted to clarify that you don't have to be on advocare products to receive training.
