Wow, so much good to say about my visit today. Took my client to look at flooring and carpet for her home and the staff is so knowledgeable and I felt good about the purchase for her, it was so much better item than the flooring she had originally picked out. Will use them in the future for more projects.
This is a great store that carries a huge selection. There’s something for most every budget. I worked with Vern at the Fondren store and he was awesome. I had been shopping for quite some time for the exact right shade of grayish hardwood floors and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. And at an unexpectedly great price. Highly recommend them!
I had never bought carpet before and did not realize how many choices one has which makes it very tough but the manager greeted me walked me through the process he was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout me choosing. It took me several days but with his guidance I picked out something very nice and affordable. The workers arrived exactly when they said and worked for 6 hours straight without a lunch. Looks incredible they were very professional and I admired their work ethic. Ask for Vern if you go to Fondren location he will take care of you.
I was skeptical about being able to find the area rug I wanted at Roberts, but was pleasantly surprised by the on site selection the Fondren location offered and the large selection of catalogs available to order anything I was unable to find in the store.
Not only did I find the perfect rug - from the selection they had in store - but when my order arrived at the store, the store manager inspected it and returned it to the factory because it was damaged. I appreciate that an inspection of the rug was made before they delivered it to my house and I would have had to go through the return process.
I had a family member spill red wine on the rug shortly after I received it. Rather than try to figure out how to clean it up on my own, I called the store manager to ask what I should use and he gladly recommended a product sold by another local business.
Superb service and I will return to Roberts Carpet in the future for any flooring needs I have because of their excellent customer service!
