(September 16, 2019, 9:13 pm)I highly recommend this place. Couple weeks ago somebody drove the BMW hit me at an intersection. They are 100% at fault, but still a lot of trouble to have to go through, but Ben from Caliper Collision made everything a bit easier. I bought the car from Mercedes Benz of Greenway, which belongs to Autonation, and their dedicated collision center is of cource Autonation Collision Center near the Galleria. I had a terrible, terrible experience with them before, which I won't discuss here. Obviously I wouldn't go back this time, so I figured to call other Mercedes dealers and see where they fix their cars. I called Mercedes of Sugarland, which led to Caliper Collision at Richmond. I can't be more happy about my decision. Ben has been very informational, and responded promptly, which was a major problem I had with the other collision center. Ben is very knowledgeable about cars and provides honest opinions. Very glad to work with him. Now my insurance decided the car is totaled so the car won't actually be fixed there, but I will not choose any other location if repairing it had been the way to go. Thanks Ben!

(April 30, 2019, 11:24 am)Very happy with the service I received at Caliber; they were quick and customer service oriented. Simon was informative and courteous. He kept me posted on the status of my car, as promised. He even brought my car to my job so I could get it back the same day. I highly recommend Caliber and working with Simon. Hopefully I won't need this kind of work on my car again but, if I do, I'll bring it back to them.
