(October 8, 2019, 11:49 am)My name is Dino Marcaccio (owner of Texas Tax Group). I have known MIKE close to 20+ years. IMO This is a hard working honest guy. Recently I built a dream home and the center piece was to be a very heavy (190 pound) very complex (25 solid crystal) light fixture. HE sold and installed that unit for $1,000 less than Cantonni had bid me. It took 3 men in 2 trucks 3.5 hours to install it. Perfect job.
(October 1, 2019, 1:28 am)Mike is the greatest. He opened the store for us on a Sunday, allowed us to shop while he waited patiently. He is also a man of his word. The lamps we bought didn't work for the space we had in mind. As promised, he took them back and gave us a full refund no questions asked. We will definitely return for our other projects.
(August 24, 2019, 3:27 pm)Michael solved a technical problem we had in two minutes! Had just what we needed. Very helpful! And then we were treated to a personal piano concert that we REALLY enjoyed! He is a friendly businessman and a talented musician!
(July 24, 2019, 12:36 pm)The overall experience at LBX Lighting was awesome! The selection of lights and prices were much better than some of the other lighting stores in the SW area. Micheal, the owner, was very friendly and helpful in finding the right chandelier for my parents dining room. It was in their budget and he had it installed the very next morning. I would definitely go back there to buy more lights.
(July 2, 2019, 3:33 pm)I purchased a couple of outdoor lighting fixtures last year from LBX Lighting. The owner- Michael, gave me a discounted price for what I really wanted which allowed me to use the savings and install them atop beautiful Austin stone columns. Went back when few of the LED bulbs failed before their warranty period and immediately got replacements, no questions asked. Very much appreciate quality of their products and warranty support. Michael's showroom manager - Dennis, was also very helpful every time I went in. Highly recommend this establishment !
