It was quite stressful but they reassured us and made the process less stressful. They got the job done in a timely manner and were responsive to any questions or concerns I had. We could not be more satisfied with the work Monolite Systems did for us! Our balcony was leaking and destroying the storage rooms underneath it; I looked at several different systems and felt that Monolite's offering was the best looking, longest lasting waterproof system and it was in line with the cost of other options. Once they started removing the existing covering we realized there was extensive water damage to the decking (expected), joists (thought this might be the case but it was worse than expected) and the back wall of my house (totally unexpected). Monolite was able to replace the damaged wood and the additional cost was reasonable. Furthermore, Albert, Junior and their crew were a real pleasure to work with, were very communicative throughout the process and left the area cleaner than how they found it. The cherry on top: it looks GREAT!
