(February 2, 2019, 10:05 pm)Customer service was excellent, our agent was amazing, very helpful and patient. The only negative thing I have to say is that you cannot return any item unless it is damaged. Buying quality furniture is a commitment and if something doesn’t work for you in a space you should at least be able to exchange it for store credit, currently you are not allowed to exchange it at all unless it is damaged.
(January 7, 2019, 5:23 pm)Salesman was very knowledgeable about products, did not "hover" or try to hard sell us. We loved that. A polite, low-key, friendly sales associate makes for a very enjoyable experience. He was definitely part of the reason we went home with a new bed, even though we were "just looking". Can't wait for delivery we scheduled for Friday

Holly’s professionalism, flexibility and most of all, patience, allowed us to be comfortable with our decisions. Holly was thoughtful in allowing us to walk around and see options by ourselves but stayed close by for any questions....very rare these days! We’ll be sure to go to Star for future furniture needs. We recommend them highly. Ask for Holly!!!
