(December 15, 2018, 2:47 pm)I may have gotten off on the wrong foot on my initial visit, but Carlos and Brad took very good care of me and my bike. I had a lot of work done, and they went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. Customer Service is a lost art these days, but these guys know what it takes to deal with someone as picky and demanding as I can be. Ed made my bike run great again! Can't say enough about how good THAT feels! Then, they made it shiny and gorgeous again! Thanks guys!! I will be back!
(December 8, 2018, 12:15 am)Went there to check out a motor scooter that I have been setting my eyes on for a while. Fabio and his team are the best at really to not only help you but look after you. If you're looking for a motorcycle, atv, or even gas scooter this is one of the best places to go.
(October 25, 2018, 10:33 am)Best personal service in all of Houston. I walked in expecting obnoxious salesman trying to sell you an expensive bike for a fat commission check. Instead I was attended by Fabio, who hooked up me with a great bike for my father. In a world where everything is fast paced and people lack empathy, Fabio became testament that priority to the customer still exist. I highly recommended this place.
(September 4, 2018, 6:05 pm)Overall happy with are visit here. I’m glad they offered Ducati as well as Honda because we really hadn’t decided on a bike. We were probably there for 20-30 minutes and the salesman would drop off not sure what happened. We ended speaking to 3 by the time we left, but they were all nice and helpful. We’ll probably be back for a test ride on a day that it’s not raining.
