“The food was underwhelming and the beer was what you would expect. It was typically overpriced, being an airport bar & grill, but the service from both the bartender and the waitress was absolutely top notch. It was busy when I was there, with people waiting for a seat and there was only a single waitress and a single bartender and they both made you feel like you were the only guest. I ordered the sticky burger and it was pretty good. Seemed like a frozen Patty that they tossed on the grill but it was more than passable in light of the friendly staff. Sweet potato fries were surprisingly good.”

“Nice and amazing service as always with United. However this lounge was missing a few small items. Holders for the coffee cups so one does not need to double up to avoid getting burned. The breakfast had oatmeal, but how about a few eggs? There were no healthy small snacks like nuts or a mix that would be easy to chew on and easy to serve in bulk like they do in the E Lounge. Small toaster would also help for the bread. Very clean and bright open area. Would be a 5 star with a few small tweaks.”

“Was here on a Saturday morning. The restaurant was sorely understaffed and our waitress had to wash dishes, serve food, help cook, deliver meals, bag up “to-go” orders and make all the drinks. It was packed and even though there were several rude customers she was amazing and smiled through the whole ordeal. She was so positive and made my morning/afternoon while my flight was delayed, thanks so much Melanie. Robin, who was cooking was also amazing!!!”

“I’ve had a lot of average at best experiences in airport restaurants, this was NOT one of them. They put a fun twist on barbecue and the food was a higher quality than what you’ll usually see at airports. Still cost an arm and a leg but at least it doesn’t taste like microwaved leftovers. Service was good too.”
