Instead of having her wait for hours for her new radiator (they were pretty busy) they drove her home and picked her up when her truck was ready. They also recommended a different shop for something else she needed replaced and the other shop was well priced. Tonys Radiator Shop has great prices, amazing customer service and low prices. Something didn't seem right since it took him two weeks to tell me this. I decided to call Ray to have my car checked out for the heads. Ray called me the same day my car was dropped of and said I needed a water pump only. My car has not overheated since . I'm thankful Ray was honest and didn't try to charge me for something I didn't need done.”
