  I came here and was blown away by the service. I usually pay around $75 for an oil change at other businesses, but I had a Groupon for Jiffy Lube. They were very respectful and kind. I didn’t have to touch any doors at all, coming or going! From drive up, they opened my door and led me to the office and opened the door, offering coffee. They let me know their names without me asking. The assistant manager, Andrew, explained the oil differences and went over the basic maintenance info on my vehicle as it relate to the recommended standards. I know these things may seem like they are to be expected, which they are, it just RARELY happens that way. It was a very quick service. They had great personalities and I wasn’t a “prized” customer. They treated the gentleman after me the same way! Opening doors and very respectful. Even the communication and eye contact was great! You guys are the example of great customer service and going over and beyond for your customers. I wish more establishments had that. Definitely employees that everyone wish they had!   Amazing staff. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They topped off all of my car's fluids and quickly completed my oil change. The entire vosit took less than 20 minutes. I would recommend this location to everyone! Thanks for the quick visit.

  Needed to get my car inspection done and stopped by this place hoping to get a fast inspection and be on my way. The place was a bit busy but trust me this is not a complaint. The second I pulled in I was greeted by two service guys with smiles and friendly attitudes. Once I was in the waiting area, that’s when I really got impressed. The manager at this location doesn’t just sit in the back and do nothing. He not only worked alongside his employees, he also offered them guidance and kept things moving smoothly and efficiently. I was updated several times about how much longer my wait would be as well. I typically HATE dealing with my car and had been dreading the inspection, instead the staff here made my day much better. I seriously can not recommend this location enough. Every single employee was on point and knew what they were doing. I will definitely have this place do any further work/inspections that I need.
