Dr Chong is an extremely nice , kind and a knowledgeable physician. He is prompt and waiting area is fair. I, will however comment on Edith the front desk person. She 'seemed' to be qualified, however she was not friendly or good natured for a first time patient. I personally woulds not employ her. She seemed like a uneducated "local yokle" with very little personal skills. And lacking personality.
Doctor seems to care about patients health and is good at listening to concerns. Front desk is very helpful on the phone and has talked to pharmacy for me to sort out problems. Thank you!
