My experience has been a total mind body spirit make over. You must believe in yourself and the creator. It's not easy changing your internal dialog but I'm proof it is possible.
I am seeing Sonya Garcia and am making wonderful positive choices going forward thanks to her guidance and care.
Their products are excellent. I now have my blood pressure under control and am working on a long recovery due to a blood pressure spike / vertigo, etc.
I highly recommend this surprising find. -

From the first time I stepped inside their place and every time since then, I have felt at home. There is so much love, kindness, peace, happiness and healing in that bungalow and most of it comes from the staff. I always feel good when I leave with a smile on my face. Thank you all for having an impact on my health and my happiness.

They have always given me of time and talent in a very comforting and supportive way. It has always been a pleasure to attend appointments.
