  The facilities are clean and well lit. The staff is friendly, and in my experience, the elevators, locks, and gates are always functional.

  From first step in the facility is was a pleasure to do business with these folks. Customer service plus treatment, fair pricing, and clean facility. They have a truck you can use to help move! Latasha always had a smile and willingness to assist customers in any way possible. if you're in the area, choose this storage facility. Hands above the rest!

  The customer service here is unmatched. I have had several storage units for my job, and this one is far and away the best. The facilities are clean, safe, but above all, the staff is helpful and kind!

  I love Storage West!. I've rented a storage unit there since Hurricane Harvey hit Houston - and I almost regret that I'm going to be moving out of the unit soon, when my flooded house is finally repaired. Storage West is such a calm, safe place; the employees (e.g., Shawn and Tasha) are friendly and helpful; it is so easy to get in and out; and it is SO CLEAN!!! Thank you, Storage West, for making things so easy and pleasant.

  Walked in today to AWESOME customer service!! Shawn and Tasha had a very busy morning, but handled each customer as if they were the only people in the building. I was able to get my unit today and I appreciate Shawn for going out her way to make me feel like a valued customer!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK LADIES!!!!!!
