  I have been living at The Edge at Independence Heights for exactly 1 year now, and I must say that it has been a pleasure. Besides the fact that my job is 3 minutes driving distance away, the apartment manager Catherine is absolutely amazing!
  Catherine is very professional and friendly, and even though she may be tired sometimes, you wouldn't be able to tell behind the smile that she wears. She takes her time and has patience with explaining things in detail that you need to know. There is nothing like talking with someone that KNOWS how to do their job! My lease is actually up, but now I don't know if I even want to move. Lol! It is quiet...or at least more quiet than other apartments I know of. Oh, and I must mention; it also comes with a washer and dryer! Double up with a maintenance man, Tim, who makes sure that maintenance orders are taken care of.
  I believe, I will gladly tell ANYONE to rent here at The Edge! Note: if you do move here, you might want to consider renting a "Reserved" spot; especially for someone who gets off of work late sometimes. If the property management ever reads this, I want to say thanks so much for wonderful stay, and have a blessed day!

  A new management ,assistant Manager Catalina she is prompt on answering questions getting things done for your apartment ,I’ve been living here 4 years very happy ,easy access to 45 ,property clean , always see her walking the property ,I would recommend this to friends and family

  I can honestly say I have had the best customer service experience ever with Catherine the assistant manager. She was very helpful and provided such a professional service that I decided to give the apartments a chance and actually move in. The apartments are so quite and I feel safe in them which I can’t say much about my old apartments. I love the fact that there’s washer and dryers in each unit plus they are so beautiful from the inside. I hate going to the laundromat so that was amazing. The location is really convenient because there’s also a LA fitness near by which is awesome because I love my gym. So many good restaurants around the area no more than 15 min away.
