“I originally interacted with a now former manager of the service department when I purchased my enclosed 46' trailer in Feb 2018 from a repo company and needed some immediate repairs before it was road worthy to travel the country. Unfortunately, I went through a series of empty promises and broken deadlines to finally get my trailer back with some hefty dents in the side from someone not paying attention when maneuvering it or other trailers around it. The former manager promised to repair it next time I'm in Houston, free of charge so I took him up on that when we came back in Nov 2018. I made him aware, well in advance, that the trailer was coming, work needing to be performed and was promised it would be complete in the given timeframe. I clearly went over everything with him before leaving it in their hands. I called for an update a couple of days before it was to be picked up and was told they had not touched it yet. When it came time to pick the trailer up, they had just pulled it in to start fixing the damaged parts it was originally in for. None of the other items were addressed at all. I reached out to the owner of the business and while I did not receive a direct response from him, Jeff in service stepped up to the plate and took over his boss' shortcomings, per instruction from the owner. We ultimately agreed on a price for the other repairs I needed performed and set another timeline. In the meantime, the weak link was removed from the picture and work was finally completed in the agreed timeline, as well as budget. I noticed a significant improvement in the service department once the former manager was removed and I'd highly recommend anyone with trailer repair needs to talk to Jeff.”

“Great elementary school. I went to this school about 10-12 years ago, when it was first opened. Started 4th grade here and now my sister Maybellene is present at this school. Same principal Ms.Castro. Great principal and teacher. I recommend this school , its in a ok neighborhood but the school has great security and it's safe and it's really good for your kids. ”

I'm not sure how the school is doing but I hope it's doing great. And rest in peace Mr.Black you will be missed.”
