“I was nervous to go to this location based on the reviews, but I am extremely happy to say that I am beyond happy with Sonia, and her teams customer service skills!! I had an issue with my place rewards and a coupon I was attempting to use online. I went ahead and called in to see if they could offer any help with why I was having so much trouble. Sonia informed me it was a common error that could only be corrected in store. She then let me know that she would be more than happy to help personally if I decided to go in, which I did. I went in, and was out of the store within 15 minutes!! Beyond happy with the service, and the store itself was great. As for the customers shopping there, I was extremely dissatisfied. I completely understand it’s a children’s clothing store, but teaching your children to have manners and respect seems to have gone out the window. Will be returning, no matter the unruly children.”

“I had a great first time mattress buying experience here. I am about to move in three weeks and had been looking for a memory foam gel mattress to bring to my new apt. Fernando was the best help to me!! He let me try out several different mattress styles and their firmness to feel the difference and for me to see which firmness I liked the best. He also went through the entire financing process and got me an excellent deal and even worked it out for me to be able to get two brand new memory foam pillows to match my new bed. “There was a wait, but it was worth it. I'm getting old, so I forgot the gentleman's name that did my feet, but he made me feel like a queen. My feet feel like butter. I'm pretty sure I told the name I love him. He paid great attention to detail and he's a perfectionist. They offer a deluxe package for $40. It comes with callus removal, a salt scrub, hot wax, hot stones, a mask for the legs, and a polish. You choose what type of treatment you need, I chose circulation and it was great. I also got my nails done. The place was closing and the lady finish my nails in less than 15mins. They still look great.”
