(December 21, 2021, 6:32 pm)Wow, even though I'm not a client, I had an experience with one of the employees that shows HONESTY, HELPFULNESS, and COMPETENCE. I was on my way to catch a flight and stopped to put air in my tire. The valve stem broke off and the tire immediately went flat. I called AAA, but they were going to be a while, and I was feeling frantic. A gentlemen at the next pump over pointed out that I had left my credit card in the pump card reader. Thank you!!! Then he (it turned out to be Randy from Envirosmart, as I could see on his truck) started asking about my situation. When he saw my problem, he immediately offered to help change my tire. Before I could even answer, he was getting out a jack and starting to work. A very get-it-done attitude. He finished up getting the spare on just as the AAA guy drove up, and also gave me some good advice on getting the valve stem fixed. Because of him, I made it on time, but I was also amazed at how helpful this total stranger was to me. I think any company would be fortunate to have Randy associated with them.
