“Wow, even though I'm not a client, I had an experience with one of the employees that shows HONESTY, HELPFULNESS, and COMPETENCE. I was on my way to catch a flight and stopped to put air in my tire. The valve stem broke off and the tire immediately went flat. I called AAA, but they were going to be a while, and I was feeling frantic. A gentlemen at the next pump over pointed out that I had left my credit card in the pump card reader. Thank you!!! Then he (it turned out to be Randy from Envirosmart, as I could see on his truck) started asking about my situation. When he saw my problem, he immediately offered to help change my tire. Before I could even answer, he was getting out a jack and starting to work. A very get-it-done attitude. He finished up getting the spare on just as the AAA guy drove up, and also gave me some good advice on getting the valve stem fixed. Because of him, I made it on time, but I was also amazed at how helpful this total stranger was to me. I think any company would be fortunate to have Randy associated with them.”

But I found out that the owner Jose and Victor are very patient and walk me through the whole insurance claim and repair process. The whole shop is clean and organized. I was worried about they couldn’t find the right parts on time due to the supply chain issue. But Jose and his team was able to get all the parts needed within one week and complete the repair one day before the estimated completion date. And their price is transparent and reasonable. “Food was a 4.5 Service was a 4 ... I feel it was understaffed but I get it there wasn't too many people. Own was super nice and attentive. I feel it would be better if salsas and utensils would be exposed safely so customers can help themselves instead of the owner running around. The place was very spacious and activities for the kids. Over all this place was very good. A bit of a wait but nothing good comes fast ! .... It is worth the wait.”

Everything in chrome was wrapped black including the grill, rims dipped and painted along with the exhaust pipes and they were able to remove a dent I had and repaint.
