I’ve been a Resident here at City Parc II, for over 10 years now. We haven’t had a Good Management team in a long time. The current office staff is very friendly and attentive to the residents as well as the new prospect residents they are also approachable which is always good. It’s the small things that counts ???? Thanks! -

(April 4, 2019, 1:41 am)Nice place of residence to live..not far from location grocery stores and food restaurants..awesome friendly staff..maintenance crew get the job done swiftly and promptly..last but not least very quiet at night and neighbors are friendly.
Only bad part I would say is the visitor parking is a far walk for visitors and the gate works for so long and some way some how manage to be broke again . -

(April 3, 2019, 3:46 pm)I’ve lived here at City Parc 2 for 10 years and I have loved my experience of living here this is my home I couldn’t see myself staying anywhere else I have a great community in these apartments and understanding and patient staff that works with me anybody who is thinking about moving to these apartments I think it would be a great idea
