I’ve been looking for an apartment for 3 or 4 months and I called Ms. Karen Wells......she sent me a list of apartment....i got approved on Tuesday and move-in Friday@very nice location in Vintage Park.

I had unique circumstances and had all but given up on finding a new place to live. I had given notice I was moving and need to be out.
An apartment complex that had turned me down give me Karen's contact info. I am glad she called me cause I didn't know what to expect from such a service and was feeling kind of down about the whole situation.
Less than 5 hours after speaking to Ms. Wells, I was giving my money order (deposit) on a lovely apartment that I am so crazy about.
I was treated professionally by the apartment rental staff and Ms. Wells. The whole process was so much more than I could imagine...Thanks, Ms. Wells.
