Where do I start? Ben is the man you want to do business with, if your a first time gun buying such as myself, the experience was so amazing, Ben was patient, knowledgeable and articulated the process with purchasing a firearm as well as gun safety. I have been to other gun dealers to find my first firearm and actually walked out due to the fact i felt as though they didnt have time for first time people. Ben told me something that stuck in my head, Never put your finger on the trigger unless you are going to use it, treat every firearm as if its loaded and finally, always point your firearm in a safe direction when handling. This man knows every thing about guns, ammunition, how they work , he took my gun apart to give me a visual. I told Ben that he should be in a movie, this first time experience is unforgettable, I will always do business with Ben and send everyone I know to him. You get a firearm,and educated, and he even gave me a gift of a holster. Ben Marandi is the owner of west Houston firearms and is by far my favorite gun dealer in Texas. He is kind, knowledgeable, professional and works great.
