(November 1, 2020, 12:26 pm)Mr. Rivera is fair and honest which unfortunately is not common in many repair shops. I had a difficult electrical problem with my APU on my truck. Many hours where taken in the repair which eluded myself as well as the shop. A decision to replace a fairly expensive wiring harness was made and subsequently failed to produce the results required. Mr. Rivera spent the additional time at no additional cost to me to resolve the problem.
