  I had a issue with a defected part & was on a short time frame. Im from out of town. They were very respectful, helpful, and professional about it. Their warranty lady (Renee) & service lady(Tina) helped me get it sorted out. Definitely will come back if I need any more parts for my tractor.

  Tractors are very expensive, nothing on a tractor is cheap. That being said I’m glad mine was fixed right and in a timely manor. Lansdowne has good people and they know what they are doing. Communication is lacking sometimes but they do a good job. Thanks Andrew, Jason and Jonathan. You guys are the reason my tractor comes here.

  I work with Darrell. He was very helpful in finding the parts that I needed and ordered them for us and got back to us in a very timely matter. Thanks Darrell!

  First time customer. Dropped two pieces of equipment off for service. Everybody I came in contact with was beyond polite and helpful. Seems like they may be fairly expensive, but customer service is great. If equipment is returned fixed first time and quickly I will definitely reccomend them.
  
  Update: It's now been over three weeks with no contact from service department. Dropped equipment on a Friday and was assured a call with an estimate on Tuesday. Called the service writer this Tuesday. He apologized, gave estmate and agreed to have equipment ready Friday. Still haven't heard from them.
