I have had three procedures from Dr. Sam, spine ablation, steroid shot in lower right back, and in my right shoulder. Each time there was no recovery time and I walked out with band-aids. WOW! The next day or two I was no longer suffering from the pain I had and the first procedure was done Dec 2018. I have got my life back and I am 69 years old and do just about everything myself at my house inside and out. Go see Dr. Sam, you will not regret it. Take him a donut! :)

I was in great pain and my Dr. Recommended Dr. David Chiao. I am glad he did. Dr. Chiao was very professional with a positive attitude and gentleness. We're Starting out with some injections and they have worked 75% and at least I can get off pain pills. Probably need another one but he recommended chiropractic and physical therapist. I am very impressed with his bedside manners. I'm 60 yrs old and still a chicken when it comes to doctors but not with Dr Chiao.

I recently took my father there for some injections and the staff there was wonderful!! Down to the polite girl we spoke with on the phone to schedule, and the front desk staff that checked my father in. The doctor had good bedside manners and was very informative on the procedure my father was having done. I would differently recommend this facility and these doctors to anyone.
