Dr. Butts is an absolute blessing to me. He cares so much for his patients. He goes above and beyond for each person he meets with and explains everything to you at your level of understanding. I wish there were more doctors like him. He is so amazing, you will not regret making an appointment with him!
Dr. Butts was actually recommended through my insurance company. They had him listed at 5 stars also. When he entered the exam room he introduced himself, which believe it or not is very rare. He talked with me about the problems I was having and answered all my questions. He even diagnosed a symptom I’ve had for years that wasn’t even related to my reason for seeing him. Something no one else had even thought of and he was correct! I went to see a neurologist after his diagnosis and the neuron said I was lucky to have such a good doc that caught this early. He’s personable, easy to talk to, and doesnt rush you out of the room so if your wait in the waiting room is a little longer you know it’s because he pays attention to the patient not the clock.
My visit with Dr. Butts was great! The amount of care he took with me and other patients was second to none. The pain I was experiencing with my foot was really slowing me down throughout the day. He explained to me exactly what my problem was and the steps that he would take in order to help heal it. Over all, my experience here was amazing. I will continue to see him and recommend him to all my friends and family.
My experience with Dr Butts was outstanding. He was very informative when explaining what to expect with my condition and what the recovery process would be like. He is very knowledgeable and his staff is friendly and helpful. A+!
Hands down the best doctor I've been to. Always warm and caring as well as patient when explaining a diagnosis when I ask a bunch of questions. Would not hesitate to recommend him to family or friends or others in need of a podiatrist(foot doctor). If you have a foot problem, go see him, you won't regret it.
