  It all started with the phone call, I had spent hours and hours on the phone searching for a new apartment. When I called this facility, I was met with a friendly person who seemed more interested in answering my questions than just quickly giving me the cost and hanging up. Which led to me circling this apartment on the dozens i had wrote down for a visit. The phone call brought me to look at the property.
  
  Once i arrived, I walked into the office and was greeted by Vicky. There were multiple people in the office and it looked busy, I thought i was going to be rushed. Far from the truth. Vicky sat me down, and asked the proper dissecting questions in what i was looking for. I had a certain requirements that i wanted with my new apartment. What Vicky did next was astonishing, She pulled out a map and a list of all units on the property, and started to filter down my requirements to a certain level of select units. She wanted to show me one that was did not meet what expectations i had set, but i agreed.
  
  Vicky was extremely professional and very personable at the same time. I was impressed at how many details she retained off my wants and needs. Nevertheless she showed me a unit that was not on my list, but as soon as we walked in - I was sold. Every accommodation that I requested was fulfilled with the Unit she showed me. I was very relieved and knew i was dealing with someone who was a listener and would take information into action. She was more than willing to work with me on a tentative move date, and also showed me more amenities beyond what i asked for.
  
  The property itself seemed very quite, private and kept clean. I did not see any signs of pest, trash, or broken /cracked structures. Based on the presentation and the conduct of the staff, i will be leasing here, Vicky, I know how busy it can get in the office, and I am deeply grateful of the fact you made time for me and treated me importantly and urgently. I wish you and your entire staff nothing but success, as your behaviors demonstrate you all will except nothing less! Looking forward to moving in! - Paul

  I have lived at the Bridges of Cypress creek apartments for the last five years. It has been a great experience to be part of this community. I wanted to give back to this community of which I have been a part of therefore, when an opportunity came to serve I was more than grateful. I am an enrichment ambassador for this community my role is to get professionals who are also residents to come together and share their expertise with their neighbors. As a family we come together to offer community programs such as health and wellness, education, safety, community building and green initiative programs all for free!
