(October 30, 2014, 9:56 pm)I found out about Red E Tel through a friend.We were at the nail shop and she happened to see an ad in a flyer. My LCD screen on my phone had been messed up for about two days now. My screen was completely black and I couldn't see anything. However, I could still hear phone calls and texts, but I just couldn't see anything. When I first walked in with my friends Hakim started joking. The customer service was extremely great! Hakim kept the jokes and laughter coming. Time flew by and he fixed my phone in no time. I would DEFINITELY recommend him to anyone with problems. They fix ANYTHING that blinks and beeps for a reasonable price! I LOVE THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!!!
(July 7, 2014, 3:27 pm)I was visiting my parents and got a replacement galaxy s4 for my dying Samsung galaxy s2 at this store. The new phone is factory refurbished and works great. The salesperson was very helpful and included 2 cases with the phone. The price was reasonable and the salesperson was able to help me transfer my data to the new phone, which was very important since I was on a trip and away from my own computer where my backups are stored. Thanks for the help.
