Neurosensory Center of Houston/Jones Tower

I want to applaud the nurse who put my IV line in for October 9, Wednesday before my surgery with Dr. Peden. There's zero bruising and I've never had such a clean result. Five stars to her! She did it in the arm before my elbow. First she took blood and then put the IV setup in the same motion. Minimal pain. I wish i knew her name but all I know is she was ready for lunch. Thank you and you made my day!
The reason I gave 4 stars is that I was supposed to get my veins fixed in the surgeon's own clinic setting and somebody set me up here in the hospital instead which doubled the cost. But all the staff here are efficient and lovely. The scheduler gets 3 stars, and only for getting the surgeon right

I did not have a chance to say good bye to all the people that helped from dr.Posani, dr pulmonologist dr gastro and and many more staff that are not named but are as important.You all were like angels used as instruments by the Lord. The staff in this unit is great! Attentive, kind and they really care about your comfort and well being. Shout out to Brittany, the best nurse you could possibly ask for!

At least the Signage is good inside the buildings to get around, and to go from building-to-building as we had to go from Main-to-Jones and back over 2 days time.

Nursing staff on 8th floor was excellent - very friendly and helpful!
