“I arrived early and waited among the twenty or so which grew to more than thirty. About 15 minutes before opening, two staff members came out and had everyone form into five different lines according to the services needed. Mine was to replace a lost SSN Card. The doors opened on time. I was in and out in under half an hour! The staff were professional, courteous, and knowledgable. This location was much better than its "Northern" sister station. Also, having researched online for what documents were needed greatly reduced the processing time.”

“I built a relationship with Parrish Ned as we were moving into our new home. Parrish is a ADT saleman who assisted in guiding us in getting the best system for our home. After the initial installation, I would text Parrish to discuss adding additional security for my families safety and security. I work shift work and quite often my wife and daughter are home alone. Knowing that they are safe at night means the world to me. Recently, we have had a few burglaries in the neighborhood and here it is on CHRISTMAS DAY. I text Parrish and asked several questions about additional safety / security measures. He responded and schedule installation. In today’s times you rarely get that kind of service and when you do you have to acknowledge it. Parrish Ned is top notch. He has given my family peace of mind every time I have contacted him. I really appreciate him going the extra mile. Great Job and great customer service.”

“Moving out due to wanting to be closer to work. However, I would have stayed. You can't beat the rent here. I've lived here two years so I can do a pros and cons. Pros: Lots of grass for dogs, dog weight limit is not limited to 25lbs and under, great rent for being so close to 610, quick access to 610 highway and close to 288. quiet area for the most part, maintenance guys quick and nice, didn't flood during Harvey, washer/dryer in unit, apartment layout is nice. (Cypress floor plan). Nice balcony, dumpsters are close by. Gate opened sideways instead of swinging out. Easy to use code system for visitors. Cons: Thin walls. I couldn't hear my neighbors talking or their tvs, but could hear loud music and yelling from both the apartment above and below. Could smell smoke in my apartment from other apartments smoking. Parking can be hit or miss. Depending are where you are people don't pick up after their dogs or leash them. Other notes: As someone else said, not many kids here. Mostly working adults I see. The cons were mostly from my bad luck of having bad neighbors. I'd recommend not getting an apartment near the pool. I think the complex tried to restrict to just residents swimming, but it's a loud area when people inevitably bring friends. It's a no frills place but it's reflected in the fair rent.”
