Frenchy's has the BEST chicken in the south, but they REALLY NEED TO SERVE THE PATRONS BETTER and FASTER. The lines are long and EXTREMELY SLOW. The employees work slowly and are not courteous. The attitude is "If you want our chicken, you'll wait as long as you have to..." Their food items are VERY HIGH, small portions (greens) but tasty. Again, the lines are long and the customers wait for quite a long time to get their chicken. I have been told the drive- thru' is EVEN WORSE AND TAKES EVEN MORE TIME. I love their chicken, but I seldom eat there. I am a senior citizen and cannot stand for such long periods of time. They almost NEVER have specials and the five wing order is Astronomically high.
