This is the type of place you could train as an elite athlete and also your mom/grandmother. It’s that cool and well-rounded of a place. My background is in exercise science and I’d definitely trust these guys training me. They’re innovative, smart, practical, and down to earth. They also have a good sense of humor. It’s got three separate rooms and is incredibly spacious. Say hi to the owner Eric for me. He’s an awesome and intelligent dude and is working on a lot great things over there.”
