My daughters class ring was ordered, when it come in, it was incorrect and they were very prompt on making sure it was fixed and that it was done correctly. They even let her keep the original (of course on loan until her new gets here) so she would have it for senior pictures!! When trying to order her senior jacket, we went into the store and the lady was very helpful to show us how to fill the form out, showed us the jackets, patches, and even let her try it on so she would know the size when they came to the school to place the order since I wasn't going to be there. They have been very helpful with every inquiry that I've had and even went above and beyond to find a certain patch my daughter wanted. “I can’t say enough good things about High End Flooring and Ed, Brent and their crews. I have been struggling to restore my home since hurricane harvey. I have had the gamut of bad contractors, poor work, crooks, you name it. I stopped in High End Flooring one afternoon just to see if they had any tile deals. Ed had a beautiful plank tile in exactly a color and style I had envisioned and had been looking for at a great price. Long story short, they literally have rescued my home restoration. My tile floors are beautiful and look better than I imagined. Ed and Brent are so kind and patient, and the installers are meticulous, professional, show up every day until the job is done, leave a clean work space every day. They’ll be tiling the bathroom tub surround next. I have no doubt it will be just as beautiful. This has been the best contractor experience I have had in these two years since the hurricane. I am blessed to have found them and I only wish I had found them 2 years ago. I will recommend them every opportunity I get.”
