Customers I notice to be polite and courteous too. The staff keeps the store as clean as possible (including rest rooms). “I called prior to going in. The employee was friendly and confirmed they had what I was looking for. I arrived and was promptly greeted and was informed he was there to help or answer any questions. I always appreciate acknowledging me, a customer, when I walk in. Unfortunately, the wrong type of material was what was in stock, though the employees made suggestions on how to make it work. I wasn’t comfortable for the application though I appreciated the suggestion and demonstrated a willingness to solve the problem. All in all, good visit though I have to deduct a star as the product I’m looking for should be in stock, not the outdated type.”
