“Construction made it tricky to get there but the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone I spoke with was polite. The safety recall was fixed with not much of a wait (didn't even finish my pack of M&M's). Ease of making appt was fantastic. The waiting area and restrooms were clean. Forget the other dealerships where dropping off a vehicle only meant it was to sit for days at a time before they actually looked at it. This is definitely my new go to service dept.”
