Friendly staff and prices are great. $15 for a haircut is hard to beat and they always do a good job. I've spent $35 at other places but I always come back to Chichos cause they get it right.”

“I am so impressed with this place I couldn't not give a review. I was calling around to get my Kirby vacuum serviced. They were the cheapest in the whole Houston area. I went in and I knew it was going to need some parts besides the servicing. There were some broken accent pieces and I needed an accessory. They had it all in stock and in the color specific to my generation of Kirby. I was estimated a price that sounded fair and they told me since I brought it in on Thursday right before closing and Monday was a holiday I might not get it back before Thursday the next week. I was fine with that. I got a call today, Friday, the day after I brought it in, at closing, telling me my vacuum was ready to pick up. I get there and my total was less than the original estimate! I have since got home and tried out the vacuum. It works like new. I cannot say enough about how amazing and friendly these people are. If you need anything done, GO HERE!”

“I love this place! Very old fashioned - meaning, they care for your pets and not you wallet. I went in with 3 (2 dogs and a cat) and was only charged for one office visit. I was there for vaccinations and a general 'once over' and the vet was great. Not only did he vaccinate them, he also noticed bumps on my dogs muzzle and said 'oh look - he has pimples...lets just take care of those...' and he popped each and every one of them as he explained to me how he may have gotten them and how to avoid them again. And they never came back! Yes, he was slow and methodical but would you rather have a vet check your pet out in lightening speed and misdiagnose something or miss something altogether??? He will only treat if necessary...and they are not big on pumping your pet full of drugs...they TREAT THEM. And as for Mrs. Shaw's attitude - just because she wasn't bubbly doesn't mean she isn't nice. I love the lady! And as for the 'run down' appearance - so what! That just means you aren't being charged outrageous fees to pay for glitz and glam overhead.”
