  Be prepared to wait 4-5 plus , they are short staffed and there is always a lot of people that come to this location. The staff is not bad as long as you follow the rules. They have an efficient organized plan to get everyone out as soon as possible. Everyone just needs to plan to be there half a day and be patient.

  I extremely recommend this DPS. Brenda was excellent, very kind and a nice person. Helped me during my time. It was pretty fast, only 30 minutes. For this reason, 5 stars. Happy 2019.

  I have been coming to this office twice, and both times my experience has been good. The organization they have is excellent. If you go online and put yourself in line before you show up, I assure you the process will be faster and you don't have to wait outside and make a long line. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the parking lot is ridiculously small and the fact that people has to way on the hot sun.

  This is a really good DPS location to come to. It's a mega location so it's very busy but they get people handled very quickly, or as least as quickly as they can. There's a few things you can do to make things go faster. First of all check in online at 8 a.m. In the morning in the online check-in. It sends you texts that tell you how long it is to you're at the top of the line. Also, make sure you have all the documents filled out before you get here, and that you have everything you need which is listed online, and best of all, as early in the morning is you can. They open at 7:30 but if you do the online check-in, you can't do that until 8. If you do the online check-in and you have your forms, you should be out of here really quickly, in less than an hour maybe even less than 30 minutes. Friday is the busiest day so try not to come then.
