Cassandra helped me over the phone and made it so easy. She even helped me save a little given that my family has State Farm as well! She was personable and to the point. Customer service goes a long way with all of us and if that's what you're looking for, go to Bao's agency. Very reputable, trust worthy, and easy to talk to. They're also so very accessible; he replied to my email at 10PM at night! I felt so bad, I didn't think he would reply so late. He was so gracious and kind. This is all you could ever ask for in an insurance agent. I will definitely be going to Bao for everything! -

I had no understanding of how life insurance work but he patiently and thoroughly explained everything and I’m very glad to have purchased two policies from Bao. If you’re looking into purchasing insurance for auto, home or life, I would highly recommend giving them a chance. They’re very knowledgeable, respectful and extremely professional. Great job guys! I had trouble insuring my Nissan Skyline R32 that was imported from Japan. Along with a friend who recently purchased a Nissan Silvia S13.
We where both getting the run around about the VIN being short which is 11 instead of 17 like in the US. Or how “nobody insured these vehicles anymore, how we had to do an EPA inspection, system policy’s had changed”.. he got the quote done in a matter of minutes, was never placed on hold.
He is very professional, and easy to work with. Literally knows all the details and step by step direction on how to get your vehicle covered, he even informed me of extra things State Farm offers such as car loans.

Recently had my car flooded and he called me multiple times making sure that I was okay and that I was taken care of. Walked me through every step in how to take care of my claim, getting a rental, and tow. Pay out was so fast I was surprised. I was able to buy another car and still get a good rate on my insurance !
