(March 8, 2019, 11:42 am)Being a pet owner and health care professional who had a bad experience at another specialty veterinary practice (for a different dog and condition), I drove to Southwest Dermatology with some apprehension. All was relieved the minute I walked through the door. The staff members were warm and friendly. My slightly reactive pup was treated with kindness. The technician was both meticulous in her information gathering and knowledgeable about the disease state. And, the assessment and treatment recommendations (including a detailed description of risks, goals, and plan for follow-up) were thorough. Dr. Osborn was terrific, pointing out my dog's (many) affected areas and likelihood of respective types of allergies. The team was also open to my thoughts and concerns. The treatment plan was admittedly overwhelming, but if it relieves my dog of even some of his allergic manifestations, it will be worth it. Oh, and price, I found to be quite reasonable. I expected to pay 50% to 100% more. I will update my review in 8 weeks' time with my dog's outcomes. Hoping for the best!
(February 12, 2019, 8:56 pm)Dr. Osborne is fantastic. Very helpful in finding the best treatment for your pets skin problems. She gave me 3 options to choose from & the different prices. Friendly staff too!

(November 16, 2018, 3:42 pm)Excellent experience, will 100% be bringing our Goldendoodle here for allergy testing. Very professional and knowledgeable staff, they lay out all of your options and make sure your questions are answered. Highly recommend!
(July 16, 2018, 8:47 am)We took our dog to see Dr. Osborn due to a severe allergic reaction. The entire staff was amazing. Dr Osborn took her time with us, answered all of our questions and was of great support during this difficult time. Jeanine, the technician was wonderful as well and so was the front desk lady. When our pet passed away, they were kind enough to send us a card with their condolences. The staff went the extra mile in making sure we knew they cared. I would definitely recommend this place.
