“I arrived straight out of a treatment center in Dallas Texas. I had been kicked out for petty stuff and by the grace of God Taylor let me come stay with them. The two main councelors are Court and Ryan. They are as laid back as anyone can ask but at the same time take recovery seriously. Tommy and Kristi are the owners and i cant say enough good about them. Tommys got 5 or 6 years under his belt and is an inspiration. We actually just won the softball tournament this past weekend so yes, they do take us out to do things. I’ve been in and out of these places, but only until i got to a place like this that has the compassion for the addict unlike the alanon “tough love” approach that would only lead me to use again, did i get a solid foundation for my recovery. Ive been quoted as saying this place is like a summer camp. Recovery related of course. If you got a problem, come get the answer. Boggus”

“Staying here has provided me with so many resources to work on myself and given me the support I need to stay sober. Having a handful of counselors to talk things through every step of the way has helped me move forward with grace. My diet has been kept on point with the meals provided and are far better than any other place I have been at. The best part is living with the dogs that residents have. Taylor Recovery allows pets, and so I have been able to love on them every day that I live here. I've been here for about four months and it has helped me tremendously in my recovery. Definitely reccomend this place to anyone who wants to get sober and wants to spend time on building a foundation for their recovery.”
