(November 13, 2020, 4:13 pm)I have lived at Forest Creek Apartments for some time now and the experience I have had and continue to have has always been positive. The apartments have a great management staff that ensures the grounds are kept clean and safe. The amenities that are provided (the pool, the gym, the laundry facility) are all a major pluses in my book. Anna Serano, the office manager is extremely professional and goes above and beyond to make sure that the property is properly run. Thank you to the Forest Creek staff for making my son and I feel so secure and providing a livable home at such a great price.
(November 11, 2020, 10:04 pm)Forest Creek has really stepped up thier game. The ladies in the front office are so helpful. The kids play area is nice and clean. All the amenities are great! The complex its self is clean, and manicured grass. Its very nice here.
(October 5, 2020, 7:37 pm)I feel very safe here living in a family environment. I told one of the members due to my work schedule That I arrive home during the evening and am often times alone with my toddler and that the lights where very dim outside and that When we moved in the front door had many issues. He fixed the peep Hole on my door and adjusted the insulation around my door so that it was properly sealed. I was concerned That if someone came to my door I wouldn’t Be able to identify them. The Next evening when I came home the whole block had new porch lights.The maintenance staff members George and Fernando are efficient and respectful. The best maintenance teaming I’ve ever encountered.
(September 25, 2020, 2:18 pm)Awesome experience living in these apartments. I've been a tenant for over a year and have always been assisted nicely and professionally by the leasing agent Diana. She made the process of applying very easy and is always super helpful along with coworker Anna. Anytime I have a problem with the apartment Fernando always show up quickly and efficient to fix whatever is needed. Area is very calm and safe and the night guard is always waking around to ensure safety.
(September 22, 2020, 5:29 pm)As first time renters I love Forest Creek. Diana has been an amazing person. She helped us get our apartment and answered all of my questions. She is very nice and always very professional. Any time I have a question she always calls back or gets it fixed right away. I put in a request for my door to be fixed because it broke, she took care of it right away. Within an hour maintenance was at my apartment. They fixed it right away. Fernando was very good and courteous he also fixed one of my burners on the stove that didn’t turn on and showed me how to properly clean them without damaging them. ?
