  I LOVE our apartment! It’s beautiful and the community is so quiet and nice! The on-site park is one of my favorite things, I can take the kiddos whenever and they love it. Miss D worked so hard and quick for us to move in! We gave her a 2 day notice (our other apt screwed us over) and she MADE IT HAPPEN! We came in that Friday and moved in that Sunday. Maintenance is a little slow but they will come in and get it done correctly the first time. I have 0 complaints, I love it! Ready for summer to use the pool! If you’re looking to move, stop, and go see Miss D and she will take care of you like family!!

  Dwande and the associates were absolutely wonderful during the entire leasing process. They were attentive and truly worked hard to ensure an easy process. I’ve been here one month and I am loving my new home.

  Let me just say, I am blessed to have found this place to live. The apartments are incredibly well-built... large areas, large windows, granite, wood floor - Everything!
  
  As far as service... the absolute BEST I have ever had. I don't know how anyone could give anything less than a 5-star review. Let me share... twice now, I have had issues that were both my fault, and have asked them to fix, while letting them know I had a short time frame. First... a few lights were out in my place, and because of the tall ceilings, I couldn't reach them. They had someone there literally within 10 minutes...fixed the lights, replaced the other ones, and asked if I needed anything else. Second... my sink was backed up... water was coming up, and I knew it was because I had some silverware that feel down through there and clogged it. AGAIN... within 10-15 minutes... they had someone there, completely dug out all silverware, emptied all excess water out of the sink, AND even cleaned the sink for me... legitimately sprayed it down and wiped it off.
  
  After both of these jobs as well, they even sent me an email to confirm when finished, because if you allow them to, they will take care of something for you when you are not home.
  
  My experience here has been nothing short of excellent. They handle things as if you are their own family, and with more urgency than I even thought possible.
  
  A+ rating... and I am above and beyond satisfied!

  I have lived here for 7 years! The management team has changed and the complex was purchased by a new company during this time. I have never had a problem with the office staff or any of the maintenance crew. If you go online and make a request and set the parameters your request is always taken care of in a timely manner. The office staff has always been informative, friendly, and professional. I have NEVER had a bug problem, the complex offers a service which I take advantage of monthly as a preventative measure. Yes the pool was closed for a long time one summer due to a restoration process. Yes the pool and hot tub are often closed due to the lax residents that jam/ break the controls and cleaning apparatus by breaking glass and throwing trash into the pool, placing new chairs and tables in the pool, let their unattended children jump and destroy furniture. Yes there is dog poop on the grounds where the residents have allowed their animals to defecate and don't follow the rules and pick it up, but that's not the fault of management.
  Report the problem makers and keep the complex beautiful! l have never experienced vandalism or violence on the grounds. Yes the gate is open sometimes but it's usually due to someone hitting the gate and damaging the system. I am planning to get a larger apartment and move my mother in with me!
