This program looks awesome! Is there any hand to hand combat training? Also is this similar to the real navy seal training?

Excellent, Always a tough workout. I recommend this for anyone. Great group of people to workout with everyday. Always a different challenge each day to keep you sharp. Instructors know how to push and motivate you to be better.

This is hands down the best cardio workout you can get anywhere. But what makes this program special is the camaraderie of the participants. The annual Christmas party and awards ceremony is the my most anticipated function of the year. I look forward one day to attend one of the adventure vacations to Costa Rica or Belize. Special Forces Camp was the most meaningful and rewarding experience I have ever had. All of the instructors are impressive role models not only for physical fitness but life in general.
