Lisa are always super. We have a fully enclosed space and it has easy access to get our rv in and out. They have 24/7 gates access and cameras.
They are fully concrete, with wide lanes and plenty of space to get into the units.
The rates are very reasonable and a great value for Houston. They are near Bear Creek and Barker Cypress which is Very convenient, and keeps me out of Houston Traffic. You can pay your bill online, or via text. And they will contact you directly if they have any issues. We love West Houston Boat and Rv.

The Entire process to get a unit went very smooth...Thanks to Lisa!. She answered questions promptly and was very professional. I was able to view multiple units, on my time, very easily. The facility is very clean & well maintained. Acceess is a breeze & very wide driveways to easily maneuver my trailer. Thanks Lisa, for an easy transaction!

From the second I spoke to Lisa, to the end of the process… I can’t express how at home I felt.i i could rate it 100 stars on the service alone I would. But the atmosphere that came with it was extraordinary. May seem like a lot of compliments for a storage, but definitely class! Highly recommended. The onsite land keeper, Rony was as friendly as she was, very helpful and professional. My storage facility for as long as I can keep it hands down!

Rented a storage unit here since March and have had a very good experience for enclosed storage units for my RV. It is a modern facility recently constructed. They have a concrete driveway with concrete floors within the storage units. I have a 25' motorhome and I had plenty of room maneuvering. They also have open air storage on gravel. Move in was smooth and no contact and they provide a lock for my unit. There is a power outlet in the storage unit which helped me while doing some mods to my RV. They are constructing new units and will have a dump station and water in the fall of 2022. There seems to be good drainage in the driveway areas as well. The owner, Jonathan is very responsive to messages. Prices are competitive with other enclosed storage units in the area. The entry is a bit tight on Kieth Harrow but this will eventually be the exit and the entry is yet to be built. Fortunately, Kieth Harrow on this end is a small 2 lane road, though busy, I saw travel trailers and boat trailers go in and out without a problem. There is a stop sign on that corner that helps to slow traffic. Great experience so far here.
