(November 23, 2018, 4:56 pm)They took a long time to come and diagnose my car. They said they would see me in 15 minutes but didn't come until an hour had passed. But they put a new starter in my car and all worked well after. Price was okay at $220 I believe. Their towing partner charged $55 for towing for one block which was okay.

We found Westbahn after trying several other auto shops who were not only overpriced but were not very reliable. I was so impressed with them and their service that I have referred them to my husband as well as my daughter and we will be taking all of our vehicles to them. They are all so very friendly and the owner is very hands-on and very friendly as all of his staff. They have won a customer for life and I will be recommending them to all of my friends, co-workers and neighbors.
